PAEA member or developing PA programs may post their Faculty positions to the PAEA Jobs Board at no cost. Ads will automatically expire after 60 days. If the position has been filled before the 60 days you can log-in and mark the position as “filled”. If the ad expires while the position is still open you can log-in and renew the ad.

If this is your first time posting a position you will be emailed a link to set your password for your PAEA JOBS account after you submit the form. Your login information for membership cannot be used for the job board, you must submit the form for a job board-specific login.

Once a job posting is submitted please allow 2 business days for it to be approved and posted.

What information to include for job description:

  • Job description and responsibilities
  • Type of job: part-time, full-time, tenure, non-tenure
  • Required qualifications and preferred qualifications

Applying for the position:

  • Be sure to include the preferred method of application: email, regular mail, online application
  • What information needs to be submitted: cover letter, resume, references, transcripts
  • Deadline for materials
  • Projected starting date

What other information to include:

  • Program logo/seal: optimum size is 400×400 pixels, .png, .gif. or .jpg format
  • Program information and history
  • Location information
  • URL of the program’s website
  • Link to the program’s Facebook page
  • Link to the program’s Twitter account
  • Link to video/youtube

Once you have posted a job, you can Edit, Renew, or Close your listing

  • Post new job opportunities
  • Edit your current job postings
  • Renew expired jobs if the position is still open after the ad has expired, or if the position becomes open again at a later time
  • Close your job listing if it is filled before the 60 days by marking the position as “filled”
